ESAN/Cendoc meets the information requirements of the members of the UESAN community (students, teachers, researchers, administrative staff) through a personalized assistance system attended by the library staff in charge.

This service consists of:

• Regular and timely attention to the information requirements of the members of the UESAN community.
• Orientation in the use of the different information resources and search tools that allow updating on topics of interest to users.
• Search, location and evaluation of electronic and printed resources, valid for:
  
  • Support students with their course work, research or thesis
  • Support to teachers in the location and/or selection of bibliographic material for their courses.
  • Support for researchers in the location and selection of information sources for their articles or research papers.
• Preparation of specific bibliographies at the request of users according to their information needs.
• Obtaining bibliographic material or journal articles not available within the library's collections.
• Guidance on the use of bibliographic citation standards (APA, Chicago, etc.).
• Personalized instruction in the use of specialized databases and research tools according to the user's request.
