It is attended by the  Guidance and Information Service, staff, and its purpose is to train members of the university community in the use of electronic resources and/or research tools.

Individual instruction

It consists of training requested by a user in the event of any specific query or doubt about the use of a resource or tool to search for information.
The interested user can manage a specialized instruction session by writing to biblioteca@esan.edu.pe or  Contact us with a proposal of the date and time that the training is desired.

Group instruction

These are trainings requested mainly by teachers or program coordinators for specific user groups. Sessions are organized on an available information resource or on resources in a given thematic area.The teacher, area, or group of interested users can manage a specialized instruction session by writing to biblioteca@esan.edu.pe or Contact us with a proposal of the date and time that the training is desired.

The sessions can be carried out by videoconferences (via Teams, Meet, etc.), it will depend on the coordination that is carried out with the academic program, professors or with the user.
