Information resources training service

This service is provided by the staff of the Guidance and Information Service and aims to train members of the university community in the use of electronic resources and research support tools.

Individual training

It consists of personalized training sessions, requested by a user to resolve specific queries or doubts about the use of an information resource or a search tool.
Users can request a specialized instruction session by writing to biblioteca@esan.edu.pe or through the Contact us form, indicating a proposed date and time for the training.

Group training

It includes training sessions requested, mainly, by teachers or academic program coordinators for specific user groups. These sessions are organized around a specific information resource or resources related to a specific topic.
The interested teacher, department, or group can request a specialized instruction session by writing to biblioteca@esan.edu.pe or through the Contact us form, proposing the date and time for the training.

Modality:

The sessions can be conducted virtually, through videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, in coordination with the academic program, the instructors, or the requesting users.
